
1. Application Form Completed: A fully completed application, along with all required documents and application fee must be returned to UASG.
2. Information and Reference Check: All information contained in the application will be verified. References will be contacted and inquires made.
3. Interview at Your Office: UASG staff will visit you at your office and/or job site and observe your general business practices.
4. Review by Certification Committee: All acquired information will be reviewed and compared with predefined standards by the committee (See Application Evaluation Page).
5. Hands-On Evaluation: Two installers from each applicant company will attend a hands-on and written testing session at UASG facilities. Annual dues paid.
Successful completion of steps 1 through 5 will result in full membership.
On-site spot checks may be performed to ensure that the level of installation quality, business practices and professionalism are being maintained. Information gathered will be forwarded to the certification committee for review. Failure of a spot check may result in suspension and/or revocation of membership.
