UASG Demos

We will have our own 20’ X 20’ island booth, and all members will have access to the show. A 2013 Scion FSR will be demo wrapped in partnership with Toyota.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the UASG having a booth at the SEMA show?

A: Yes!!!! The UASG will have its own 20’ X 20’ free standing booth and our members will demonstrate wrapping a Toyota Scion FRS daily with the winning designs from our contest. The SEMA show is 10/30 – 11/2. We will be setting up 10/29 and tearing down on 11/3.

Q: Do I need to RSVP?

A: RSVP by July 15th to karen@abinstallationsinc.com and get a free pass to the show and a free T-Shirt.

Q: How do I buy passes to the show?

A: If you RSVP by July 15th you will get one free pass; additional passes or those requested after 7/15 will need to be purchased for $25 each. Send an email with the first and last names of passes needed to karen@abinstallationsinc.com.

Q: Where do I make room reservations?

A: We have a block of rooms at two hotels:

Treasure Island
3300 S. Las Vegas Blvd.
Las Vegas, NV 89109
Cost $153 + tax per night

Flamingo Hotel
3555 Las Vegas Blvd. South
Las Vegas, NV 89109
Cost $89 + tax per night

***Our annual meeting is being held at Treasure Island

• Hotel selection (Treasure Island or Flamingo)
• Room selection: King bed or 2 Double beds needed
• First and Last name of each occupant
• Arrival and Departure dates

Do not call the hotels directly. Every room booked at these rate need to be booked thru Karen. We have only a select number of rooms at each hotel, so please send information as soon as possible. Cut-off date is August 16th.

Q: When is the UASG Annual General Meeting being held?

A: Where: Treasure Island Caribbean Room (Room B and C)
When: Oct. 31, 2012 8:00 am – 4:30 am
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

Q: When is the UASG Board Meeting being held?

A: Where: Las Vegas Convention Center (meeting room to be announced)
When: Oct. 29, 2012 4pm – 8 pm
Dinner will be provided.

Q: How do I volunteer to do demonstrations in the booth?

A: If you are interested in volunteering to demonstrate in the booth contact jan@b2bmedia.com

Q: How do I volunteer to help with booth set-up, Oct 29th 8am-4am, and booth tear down, Nov.3 8am-finished?

A: Please email karen@abinstallationsinc.com with date and time frame you would like to volunteer.

Q: How do I submit a design to be considered for the Scion FSR in the booth?

A: Submit your designs by July 13, 2012 to photos@uasg.org Files must be in PDF format for review. If your design is selected by the UASG, 3M, and Toyota representatives in the contest your company’s name will be displayed at the booth during the installation, promoted on our Facebook page and the UASG website.

Q: Will the UASG be having a meeting in conjunction with SGIA this fall?

A: We will not be having a UASG meeting at SGIA this fall, but all UASG members are invited to attend the PDAA reception.

Q: Can I ride a Harley while I am in Vegas?

A: OH YES!!! We are planning a Motorcycle Ride on Thursday night Nov. 1st from 4-8. A meeting place will be decided at a later time. Each member will have to make their own arrangements for bike rental. However, we will provide the costs, who to contact, and what is involved so that we can sign up as a group.
